Valdeazor

TRADITIONAL

Produced entirely from the Tempranillo grape. Aged in traditional earthenware vats and in the bottle. Ruby red in colour, with tile-red undertones. A very characteristic light and subtle nose.

Flavourful in the mouth, with body and a long finish. Should be served between 15 and 17º C. Recommeded as an accompaniment to typical Manchego dishes (gachas, pisto, tiznao, etc.).
