The red wine is produced from Tempranillo grapes, grown on 75 years old vines. Cultivated in the site "Viña Botija". Has been fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 32º C. with a maceration of 25 days. Aged during 15 months in Allier french oak. And matured in bottles during a minimum of 10 months.

At sight it is of a colour mature cherry red. Pleasant aromas of black fruits in nose, with vanilla and spicy undertones. Its mouth is ample and flavourful, slightly toasted, powerful but creamy.
